The cuisine at the ranch is exquisite. Our executive chef is highly decorated and our entire kitchen staff is well trained. Included in our ranch package are three meals daily. Breakfast is served in your suite with your choice from our breakfast menu. Lunch is casual and will be served in the dining room or on the porch from our a la carte menu, including desserts. In the evening we serve a set four to five course gourmet dinner. All barbecues and picnics are included. Barbecues, picnics and special events depend on weather and time schedule. Drinks and beverages are not included.
Our experienced and talented Executive Chef Jens Bochow from Germany loves to pamper our guests with cuisine that rivals any found in any urban fine dining establishment but in these unique western surroundings. The meals are creative, elegant and prepared with fresh products obtained locally when possible and from around the world when necessary. We are very happy to have our Chef, who gained his skills in renowned Michelin star and Gault Millau rated restaurants in Germany and around the world in our team.
